This policy explains what information EasySocialCred (easysocialcred.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to run the service and to understand how it's used, and nothing more.
Information you give us
When you create an account we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. Anything you create in your account, such as pages, links, settings and uploaded files, is stored so we can provide the service to you.
Visitors to websites using our widgets
When a site owner installs our pixel, we process limited data about their visitors, such as page URL, device, approximate location and interactions with notifications, to display widgets and report statistics. Information visitors type into a widget, such as an email address, is passed to the site owner who installed it. Site owners are responsible for telling their own visitors how that data is used.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Advertising storage is turned off by default. We also use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Server logs and security
Our servers record basic request data, including IP address, time, page requested and browser type, to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems. Logs are kept for a limited time.
Emails
We send account emails such as password resets and important service notices. If you contact us, we use your details only to reply.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and analytics), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time and delete your account from your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us to make a request.
Children
The service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
